Ascot Racecourse

Royal Ascot is the crown jewel in the horse racing calendar and 2011 is an extra special year as Royal Ascot celebrates its 300th anniversary. This world famous race meeting is steeped in tradition and dates back to 1711. The Royal Family attends the meeting, arriving each day in a horse-drawn carriage. Royal Ascot receives lots of press coverage of the attendees with a particular focus on fashion. Ladies Day, held on the Thursday of the race meeting, is the highlight of the 5-day event. The quality of the horseracing at Royal Ascot is outstanding, with £4 million in prize money on offer and a total of seventeen ‘Group’ races over the five days. Over 300,000 people will make the annual visit to Berkshire during Royal Ascot week, making this Europe’s best-attended race meeting. There are a number of hospitality restaurants and boxes to choose from which we are sure will exceed your expectations. Ascot is definitely the place to be seen in 2011.

Hospitality Packages Available:

Royal Enclosure
Royal Enclosure day passes are available to those who buy hospitality in the Panoramic, Windsor Forest, Parade Ring or the Trackside Restaurants.

Sandringham Restaurant
This open plan restaurant is located on the ground floor of the triple marquee which also accommodates the Carriages and Bessborough Restaurants.

Trackside Restaurants
This superb marquee overlooks the track at concourse level and has a head-on view of the course. It promises to be one of the most coveted areas within the new Grandstand.

Windsor Forest Restaurant
This premier facility is on the second level of the Grandstand and offers a dining room alongside a bar area and balcony overlooking the track.

Bessborough  Restaurant
The Bessborough Restaurant is located on the top floor of the tripledecker marquee in the Old Paddock and combines luxury and elegance.

Carriages Restaurant
Set in modern and sumptuous surroundings, this first class facility has breathtaking views of the beautiful Berkshire countryside.

Old Paddock Restaurant
The Old Paddock Restaurant looks towards the new Grandstand.

Panoramic Restaurant
Enjoy all the action with the most exclusive view in racing - the Panoramic restaurant at the top of the Grandstand.

Parade Ring Restaurant
Enjoy wonderful views over the new Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure, as well as seated viewing next to the Royal Box. This is the ultimate hospitality experience at Royal Ascot!
